FROM THE FIELD TO DATA. FROM DATA TO MORE INFORMED MANAGEMENT
EXE develops hardware and software systems dedicated to the monitoring, digitalization, and automation of environmental facilities.
Technologies installed on-site continuously collect data on biogas, gas extraction, leachate, and process parameters, making this information accessible via the EXE Platform.
Each component can be installed individually or integrated into the EXE ecosystem, creating a connected infrastructure capable of evolving alongside the facility over time.
Automated biogas monitoring
EXM is an EXE system designed for the automated monitoring of biogas collection networks.
It integrates with existing substations and sequentially analyzes connected wells using a single, high-precision measuring unit.
The collected data is transmitted to and stored within the EXE Platform, creating a continuous, comparable historical record of operational conditions.
A single unit can manage up to 59 measurement points within the same area.
It increases the frequency and reliability of available information, reducing the need for manual measurements and allowing operators to focus their efforts on the specific points that truly require attention.
Automated monitoring and regulation of gas extraction
The patented EXE Station integrates continuous biogas monitoring and automatic regulation of extraction valves into a single system.
Each inlet can be monitored via parameters such as gas composition, pressure, and flow rate, while an industrial PLC processes the data and applies configured control logic.
Regulation is continuously adapted to the actual conditions of the wellfield, incorporating fail-safe functions and systems designed for industrial environments.
All operational data is transmitted to the EXE Platform.
Continuous regulation allows for immediate response to fluctuations in production—without waiting for manual intervention—thereby increasing extraction rates, improving biogas quality, and reducing the operational workload.
Efficiency gains in gas extraction typically range between 40% and 70%.
Continuous monitoring of leachate
EXL is an EXE system designed for the continuous measurement of leachate levels in wells.
The sensor automatically detects fluctuations in the leachate head and transmits the data to the EXE Platform, where the values are displayed, archived, and compared over time.
Continuous access to measurements allows for tracking the evolution of various monitored points, moving beyond a reliance solely on periodic manual inspections.
It enables the rapid identification of level variations and anomalous conditions, providing operators with a continuous dataset for managing leachate extraction systems.
Monitoring of water content and temperature
EXH is an EXE system designed for the continuous monitoring of volumetric water content and temperature in biofilters and biological processes.
Water content measurement is performed using TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) technology, which is suitable even for materials with high water content. The sensor is inserted directly into the material, allowing for the tracking of operational conditions over time.
The measurement system can cover a range of up to 100% volumetric water content and includes temperature monitoring, with all data made available to the EXE supervision ecosystem.
Continuous monitoring enables the timely detection of material drying or excessive saturation, helping to maintain the required operational conditions for biofilters and biological processes.
All plant data in a single environment
EXE Manager is a web-based software platform that collects, organizes, and archives data from EXE systems installed in the field.
The geospatial dashboard allows users to view the status of monitored points, consult historical data series and interactive charts, and generate reports based on the information acquired.
Access via PC, tablet, and mobile devices ensures that data is available to operators and facility managers whenever and wherever it is needed.
Centralizing information eliminates data fragmentation across various tools and spreadsheets, providing a unified, up-to-date view of the facility’s status.
An ecosystem capable of acting in an integrated manner to monitor and optimize processes at your landfill.
