If the site allows the inclusion of comments, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, some identification data are automatically detected and recorded, including the email address. These data are intended voluntarily provided by the user at the time of the request to provide the service. By entering a comment or other information, you expressly accept the privacy information and, in particular, you agree that the contents inserted can be freely disseminated to third parties. The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time necessary for the provision of the service. The information that users of the site will deem to make public, through the services and tools made available to them, are provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this site from any responsibility for any violation of the laws. The treatment is carried out using IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the owner, in some cases, categories of agents involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators), or external subjects (such as third part technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the data.

User rights

• and, more generally, to exercise all the rights that are recognized by the current provisions of the law.

Requests should be addressed to the data controller. By accessing the page privacy centre, the user has the possibility to manage in full autonomy your needs. In the event that the data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests, the rights of data subjects are guaranteed (except for the right to portability which is not provided for by the rules), in particular the right to object to the processing, which can be exercised by sending a request to the data controller.

Place of treatment

The data collected by the site are processed at the headquarters of the data controller and at the hosting data center. The web hosting (IperDada Pro), which is responsible for data processing by processing the data on behalf of the owner, is located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and acts in accordance with European standards.
